Arbeit Studios is a leading provider of mixed-use creative workspaces, currently managing over 20 sites across London.
Launched in Hackney Wick over 16 years ago, our portfolio includes our flagship site Trowbridge Gardens, Hackney Wick, to our newest building open in 2026 in Lisson Grove, Westminster. In 2023 we were awarded The Wick inaugural Creative Placemaking Award, in 2025 the Love Hackney Business of the Year Award and in 2025 we were also shortlisted for the NLA Meanwhile Activation Category.
Home to mainly creatives, but also some beauty and wellbeing practices too, we pride ourselves in supporting businesses in their early stages with low cost studios, and offering both a creative programme and business programme in our 6 gallery spaces. We work closely with councils and private landlords for managing our buildings, and work in many areas of regeneration across London.
Some sites have mixed ecosystems of facilities on site like in Trowbridge Gardens including; a wellbeing gym, podcast studio, Café, a gallery and the gardens managed by Hackney Herbal. Also in Hackney Wick we manage The Loop, a pioneering space celebrating sustainable business, one of Arbeit’s ethoses, with regular workshops and events. In Lisson Grove we offer co-working spaces, a gallery and a dance & rehearsal studio run by Create+Destroy Studio. In addition we offer exhibitions, events and various points of engagement to all the local community and have a strong social impact.
