Second Floor Studios & Arts (SFSA) provides affordable, long term, high quality studio workspace for artists, designers and makers.
Established in 1997, SFSA currently supports over 170 dedicated studio members, across four London locations with an additional site in Kent.
By Spring 2025 the reach will extend to 75 more studios and 70,000 sq ft for over 250 artists.
SFSA is a founding member of LAASN โ an alliance of affordable artist studio providers, representing over 1 million sq ft of space and 1 in 3 artists.
